5.2.2010

Missed yesterday's training because of a conflict and the gym was closed today. Lame.

Ran tabata sprints. Last two rounds were lol slow, but overall felt good.

Bummer, you should have come to sprint club! You would have only had to run max sprints (6-10 sec) x 8, then light sled pulls to counteract any soreness. So far it's working!
