Weight this morning: 244.5 lbs. Super tired from yesterday's WOD. Less sore than just fatigued. I think I need to get up a half hour earlier in the morning and focus on getting a better breakfast.

My weight this morning: 246.5 lbs.
Slowly, but surely moving in the right direction!
warmup:
3x10 20lb Wallball + lunge w/ bar on back
various pvc squat clean movements
WOD: 2 parts
#1 - for time: 21-15-9
hang squat clean, 75lb (45lb)
goblet squat, 24kg (16kg)
as Rx'ed! 8:19
#2 - for time: 21-15-9
push press, 75lb (45lb)
ring dip
Subbed 65 lbs for push press, did jumping/standing ring dips.

Drove home, felt dizzy... then leaned out of the car and puked on the curb (thank God it was raining). Gross!

Ran easy 6 miles, 62 mins. Rolled my right ankle over yesterday, so that was a little sore, otherwise ok.

Weight this morning 247. Getting over a pretty bad cold and recovering from lots of travel (Charleston, woo!) over the weekend.
Tough warmup using various clean and jerk motions and two 400m runs at start and end. Then
3 rounds for time:
10 power clean, 155lb (105lb)
25 sit-ups
subbed 135lbs for power clean.... barrrrely got the last ones, it was the right weight for me.
abmat situps, last 25 were meh

Soreness

Still really sore in my shoulders from Monday's workout - thinking I should work back into full Crossfit workouts more slowly - I'm a lot bigger/fatter than I was when I last did these.
248.5lbs this morning. Not sure if I will do tonight's WOD or not, but most likely I will.

Tore callus on left palm and left hand below little finger, but hopefully that doesn't affect today's workout of OHS + running too badly.
