Did about 30 mins of foam rolling yesterday and then again for about 20 mins before today's session.

Clean
70%x3x1 - 215#
74%x3x2 - 230#
78%x3x1 - 240# (last ones were v hard)
Snatch shrug from riser (~3-4" deficit)
110%x3x3 - 265#
115%x2x3 - 280# (had to really fight to keep upright, these were tough too)
