You cleaned 275# and then did jerks off the blocks and went from 245 to 285? Is that bcuz of the 275 on the CJ work? Just wondering why you jumped.
I'm taking notes from you on how to build up to doing a good 1RM. I'm due. Will hit it after my wing heals.

Just wanted to work on something ~10# higher than what I think I could do for jerks. Thought I'd likely fail 285#. 245# was just to re-warm up.
I still haven't iced my elbow. Urrgh.
