Open gym / strength day

DROM, dynamic stretching, PVC OHS

Strength work:

Squat (lbbs):
3x5x350#

Bench press:
2x5x225#
1x4x225#

Deadlift:
2x440#

Felt very tired the whole session and it caught up with me here. Wanted a set of 5, just out of gas.

Deadhang pullups:
6-5-4
