On Vacation, so this is an abbreviated workout:
WU: DROM, Dynamic stretching,
Renegade DB rows: 2x5(each arm): 2x50lbs
The hotel gym was terrible... the first barbell literally broke when I loaded plates, and the second looked shaky so I didn't want to load more than 2x45lb plates.
Front Squat
3x10x135lbs
Press
3x5x160lbs
DB Snatches
1x10x50lbs (each arm)
25 pushups

Child's play. But snaps to you for getting your booty in a gym when there was warm sunshine outside! Welcome back DT. The platform to my left was so quiet and lonesome! Don't tell Leo I said that. Your abscence was felt. ;-) Love to April-mama!
