Woot for DT! Joel you're a monster! I love working next to you and Leo because when in doubt I just look over and see what you bada$$es are doing. It's nice to see you grinding out some of the reps too.
I think I'm going to log my Oly stuff on a blog too. Love your indexing idea. Getting to info is the whole point, right?
I suggested a friend on facebook, Keith Norris, author of the blog Theory to Practice. He also talks a lot about CNS priming. I think we all need to explore that area more...
