Subbed 35 good mornings, 35 situps. Lots of back pain near my injury location on sit-ups so cut the last set short, ~26 mins.

Today I did yesterday's work-out (and my first ever crossfit!):

1000m rowing
21 thrusters (65lbs instead of 85lbs)
15 pull-ups

750m rowing
18 thrusters (65lbs)
12 pull-ups

Yesterday I wasn't quite sure if the workout was as straightforward as it sounded (just five sets of squats with five reps each??), so I made up my own workout:

1250m run for time
40 push-ups
18 pull-ups

1000m run for time
30 push-ups
12 pull-ups

750m run for time
20 push-ups
9 pull-ups

26:40 total

45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch left arm, 21 reps...
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm 21 reps...
42 Pull-ups...

45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch right arm, 15 reps...
30 Pull-ups...

Pull-ups were almost impossible. Had to break multiple times for each set.
