DROM, Dynamic Stretching, 500m row

Squat:
WU: 2x5x45, 1x5x135, 1x3x185, 1x2x225, 1x275
Work sets: 3x5x325 (3x5 PR)

Press:
WU:5x45, 3x95
Work sets: 2x5x145, 1x4x145

Deadlift:
WU: 5x135, 3x225, 2x315
Work Set: 5x410 (5RM PR)

Green Band Deadhang Pullups: 3x10

Tried some double unders (jump rope), but my shoulder was a little sore, so stopped.

Used a belt for the first time in a while today on the squats and the deadlifts. Felt pretty good and let my abs work a little more, so I think I'm going to include it from now on in my workouts, even though literally nobody else at my gym uses one (for the stronger of them, to their detriment, I think.)
