Weight this morning 247. Getting over a pretty bad cold and recovering from lots of travel (Charleston, woo!) over the weekend.
Tough warmup using various clean and jerk motions and two 400m runs at start and end. Then
3 rounds for time:
10 power clean, 155lb (105lb)
25 sit-ups
subbed 135lbs for power clean.... barrrrely got the last ones, it was the right weight for me.
abmat situps, last 25 were meh
